Climbing up on Solsbury Hill
I could see the city lights
Wind was blowing, time stood still
Eagle flew out of the night
He was something to observe
Came in close; I heard a voice
Standing, stretching every nerve
I had to listen; had no choice
I did not believe the information
Just had to trust imagination
My heart going boom boom boom - peter gabriel

"We're not playing a game anymore you don't have to be defensive"

We were on the outskirts when Axel pointed to the ashes.

"They must not have known what had become of them?" His words echoed through me.

"Its was just a little campfire someone made, thats all it is." Why does he make such a big deal out of this. "What are you trying to say? Some dragon burned a person to death?"

"No, the sun."

"The sun? " I laughed and gave him a playful shove. "You are so funny, sometimes."

"Ha ha...I'm glad you can see the truth is so funny." He sighed. It was then I could see just how human he was. His eyes were so bleak. I stopped laughing.

"I suspected he'd still be here. The dark creature. He's infected us. His kind generally stay in the city where life is easy."

"What can we do?"

"Kill it." His heavy stare swallowed me. "Kill it before it multiplies."
