Climbing up on Solsbury Hill
I could see the city lights
Wind was blowing, time stood still
Eagle flew out of the night
He was something to observe
Came in close; I heard a voice
Standing, stretching every nerve
I had to listen; had no choice
I did not believe the information
Just had to trust imagination
My heart going boom boom boom - peter gabriel

into the forest

It rained. I have water. Well, actually I had a little water in my canteen. But nothing better than fresh rain water.

It's beautiful. It isn't everyday I get a shower. Most of all Mother always forbids swimming. She said swimming's only for men. But I beg to differ. Nothing better than floating on a bed of water on a sunny day.

I love looking at the sky. Its a lot like flying. That is if I could fly. I'd fly out of here, right now.

I must go deeper into the forest. I have to find the stream soon. Maybe then I'll find people. I'll find what I'm looking for. Real food.

Later....

I'm resting for a bit. Under the shade. I still don't know my way. I think I do, but then I get lost again and find myself by the same old elm tree again. Do you think its following me?

Its so odd that its so quiet. Maybe everyone is hiding. Maybe everyone knows where to do go but me. And here I thought I was a special all this time and its not true. It just isn't. There's no Knight out there to help me. No anything. Its quiet. Actually. And I feel I could be nothing. Nothing soon. Completely invisable perhaps. I'm a bit sad about it actually. No contact. I never thought I'd miss it until now.
